What we do
Creating Valuable and Relevant meetings with the assessed candidates
The goal is to create a high-quality process in which we focus our efforts together and use your time and resources only to meet a carefully selected group of candidates. We don’t deliver traditional longlists. Instead, you receive a Candidate Assessment Report for each candidate we’ve had in-depth professional and personal dialogues with.
Candidates present their own relevant cases, insights, and the role they hold in their current organization. This gives the hiring manager a very different, more relevant perspective and a stronger qualitative understanding of both capability, drive, and overall fit.
This is where the real value happens: in the dialogue between the hiring manager and the candidates. These are no longer classic job interviews, but real business-focused dialogues with each individual candidate. The candidate doesn’t need to recite a CV; instead, they create a natural link to the role, the strategy, and the context. This quickly gives you a clear overview of the concrete value each candidate can bring to your organization.

We always strive for an open, nuanced, and trust-based dialogue with candidates – creating space for honest reflection and a level of confidentiality that our clients often find challenging to achieve on their own.
Throughout the process, we integrate the Assessio Platform—an internationally recognized, research-based framework for understanding personality in a professional context.
Based on the Big Five model, it measures five core dimensions:
- Openness
- Conscientiousness
- Extraversion
- Agreeableness, and
- Emotional stability
This provides a nuanced picture of how a person works, communicates, and is motivated. The model helps illuminate an individual’s work style, behavior under pressure, and—most importantly—how they are likely to thrive and contribute within your specific culture and leadership context.
