Candidate Assessment Report
Each candidate is presented in the Candidate Assessment Report, providing a structured overview of their profile, motivation, and potential to succeed in the role.
Conducting a Business dialogue – not an interview
The purpose of the first meeting is to establish a business dialogue—not to conduct a traditional interview or review a CV. Each Candidate will present their own previous cases, experiences, motivations, and insights, along with the challenges and results they have encountered in their current roles. This approach gives your hiring teams and leadership a more nuanced perspective and a deeper understanding of each candidate’s potential than a traditional interview.
The Assessment

We always strive for an open, nuanced, and trust-based dialogue with candidates – creating space for honest reflection and a level of confidentiality that our clients often find challenging to achieve on their own.
Throughout the process, we integrate the Assessio Platform—an internationally recognized, research-based framework for understanding personality in a professional context.
Based on the Big Five model, it measures five core dimensions:
- Openness
- Conscientiousness
- Extraversion
- Agreeableness, and
- Emotional stability
This provides a nuanced picture of how a person works, communicates, and is motivated. The model helps illuminate an individual’s work style, behavior under pressure, and—most importantly—how they are likely to thrive and contribute within your specific culture and leadership context.

With my professional insight into the market, I can quickly identify the complex roles and responsibilities that often lie behind titles and CVs – and uncover the skills, achievements, personality, mindset, and drive that reveal how our candidates will succeed in their new role.
